About the Role
Prime Inspections is looking for detail-oriented and motivated Civil Engineers and Electrical Engineers to join our team as Snagging Inspectors.
The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties, identify construction defects, evaluate workmanship quality, inspect building systems, and prepare professional inspection reports that help clients protect their property investments.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on luxury villas, apartments, townhouses, commercial buildings, and high-profile developments across Dubai and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
As a Snagging Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct detailed snagging inspections for villas, apartments, townhouses, and commercial properties.
- Identify construction defects, workmanship deficiencies, and finishing issues.
- Inspect civil, architectural, structural, MEP, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installations.
- Evaluate flooring, ceilings, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, balconies, and exterior finishes.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs and professional recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, developers, and project teams when required.
- Ensure inspections comply with company procedures and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and submit reports within required timelines.
- Represent Prime Inspections professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction, quality control, facilities management, property inspection, site engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of building construction, finishing works, and MEP systems.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Strong report-writing and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections efficiently.
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Previous experience in property snagging or building inspections.
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC).
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
