1Who we are
Prime Inspections (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a property snagging and home inspection company based in Business Bay, Dubai, serving Dubai and the wider UAE, operated by Prime Inspections Property Observer LLC SOC. We are authorised and approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or request an inspection, how we use and protect it, and your choices. It applies to this website (primeinspections.ae) and our subdomains, including snagging.primeinspections.ae, and to enquiry forms we run on platforms such as Google.

2Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and carry out an inspection: your name, phone number and email; the inspection details you give us (type of inspection, property city/location, and when you need it); the address and details of the property to be inspected; and any messages you send us by form, email, phone, WhatsApp or chat. When you visit our website we may also automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, through cookies. We collect this directly from you – through our website forms, our Google lead forms, phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data and ask that you not send any.
3How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the inspection you requested; to schedule, carry out and deliver your inspection and report; to provide quotes, invoices and support; to send service updates about your booking; to improve our website and measure how our marketing performs; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
4Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, show customer reviews and understand how visitors use the site. This includes Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, Google Fonts, and a Trustindex reviews widget. These providers may set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: our inspectors and team, to carry out your inspection; trusted service providers who help us operate (website host, CRM, communication tools including WhatsApp, and Google for lead forms, analytics and advertising); and authorities or advisers where required by law.
6International transfers
Some providers (such as Google and our hosting and communication providers) may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable UAE law.
7How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, keep proper business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
8How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and limit access to those who need it.
9Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise any of these, email connect@primeinspections.ae.
10Children
Our services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11Third-party links
Our website and ads may link to other sites (such as WhatsApp or Google). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above.
